The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional, fluent in English, and capable of managing complex accounts while maintaining professionalism and empathy.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining compliance with company policies.Handle escalated or high-balance cases efficiently and with confidence.Track, monitor, and update account activity in the CRM system.Identify opportunities to improve collection strategies and internal processes.Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements.Provide consistent follow-up and documentation to ensure accuracy and accountability.Requirements:Proven experience in Hard Collections (minimum 2 years required).Fluent English communication skills – both written and verbal (required).Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts effectively.High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to process and team development.What We Offer:Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.Supportive and high-energy work environment.Modern offices located in La Sabana.
