We are seeking a Collections Manager to lead our collections operations, drive performance, and enhance departmental efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDrive improvements in collection strategies and operational efficiency.Supervise the collections call center and ensure targets are consistently achieved.Handle recruitment, training, and day-to-day management of the team.Review and approve credit notes, refunds, and ensure adherence to company policies.Generate reports and forecasts to support business decisions.Track team productivity and manage performance-related matters.Approve monthly leave, overtime, and incentives.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.Prior experience as a Collections Manager, preferably in B2B.Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Organized, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
