The ideal candidate will lead by designing incentive structures, conducting performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for process improvements, including the integration of new payment systems and outsourcing partnerships.ResponsibilitiesMonitor staff performance based on Number of call per day, Collection rate or productivity and Staff responsibilityAssign AR target to collection staffClosely monitor each AR result by comparing day by day with previous month and varianceDesign an action plan to respond current situationRandom review call recording of collection staffDesign a tiered incentives where eligibility is based on surpassing prior performanceAnalyze follow up result and find out solution to improve productivityImplement new payment gateway as 2 phase for new and existing customerFind out 2 outsource agencies to replace the old one (Business Online Pcl.)Design commission for their performanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or AR management, preferably in a subscription-based service industry.Proven track record in managing and motivating a team to achieve high collection rates.Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret AR performance metrics (e.g., call volume, collection rates).Excellent leadership and team management abilities to assign and track AR targets effectively.Strategic thinking to design and implement action plans and incentive structures based on performance analysis.Good command in English and Thai
