Collections Specialist

Adecco is looking for a Collection Officer to join our clients Operations Department.Responsibilities:Preparing files for Credit Risk analysis for prospects and clientsMonitoring the implementation of decisions made by the Credit Risk and Debt Collection Committees, including carrying out the required actions as stated in those decisionsCommunicating with clients and partners to reduce payment delays, while following procedures and maintaining a professional communication stylePreparing and monitoring reports on unpaid client accountsContacting overdue clients to recover outstanding debtsProcessing collection and litigation files in a timely manner and in accordance with internal and legal standardsRegarding litigation cases: analyzing files, assessing the value of collateral, and identifying the potential for debt recoveryCorrectly updating system data related to the collection process (clients and partners)Supporting the development and improvement of customer-focused strategies in the processes of debt collection, litigation, and repossessionPreparing various reports specific to the activityRequirements:2+ of experience in debt collectionUniversity degree Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)Strong organizational and planning skillsCustomer and results-oriented mindsetAdvanced English proficiencyNegotiation skills
