We’re always looking for the best and brightest team players to join us.This role is responsible for driving customer retention and satisfaction while managing a portfolio of clients experiencing payment challenges. Through a team approach of saving delinquent clients, this role engages various teams throughout sales and operations, evaluates each unique situation, identifies disputes or other barriers to payment, and recommends solutions.ResponsibilitiesReceives case notification and initiates process by contacting client and engaging various teams, as needed. Monitors progress. Suspends for non-payment, as applicable.Conducts cancelation reviews by contacting the client and advising various teams of status.Partners with Client Care, Billing, Cash, Sales, and Campaign Managers for disputes, billing errors, cancellations, misapplied funds, and product and/or program assistance, etc.Processes credit card and electronic check payments. Updates payment method for credit card, MAP, and Auto Pay clients. Provides invoices, billing breakdowns, and payment history per client request. Updates billing contact information (phone number, POC, address). Negotiates payment plans, payment arrangement agreements, or settlement agreements. Who We’re Looking ForMust be 18 years of age or older.Industry knowledge with an understanding of internal products and the ability to resell the value of the client’s program.Knowledge of B2B collections procedures and accounts receivables procedures.Technical skills with the ability to utilize industry related tools and systems (e.g., Kgen, VAST, UNIX, Windows, WCC, AutoSys, Microsoft Office, etc.)Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide conflict resolution while maintaining professionalism.Strong interpersonal and customer services skills with the ability to build rapport while ascertaining reasons for delinquency.Time management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and multitask across system platforms as well as manage and achieve performance targets by prioritizing and organizing daily workflow inventory.
