Ltd. This position requires an individual with strong communication, counselling, and coordination skills, capable of guiding students in their career development while serving as a liaison between the college, students, parents, and the company.  Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the overall student placement process at Ambition Guru College. Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students regarding career planning, employment opportunities, and professional development. Organize placement-related events, workshops and training sessions on job application procedures, interview techniques, and workplace readiness. Communicate effectively with parents to address inquiries and provide updates on student placement progress. Liaise with various departments within the company to identify and align suitable job opportunities for students. Maintain accurate records of student profiles, placement activities, and outcomes. Provide post-placement follow-up and gather feedback for continuous improvement of the placement process.  Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related discipline. Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a client-facing role (preferably in Human Resources). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders. Excellent organizational, documentation, and presentation abilities. Empathetic, approachable, and student-focused personality. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
