Responsibilities include overseeing the design, planning, and execution of solar energy projects, coordinating with clients and cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, preparing technical documentation, and monitoring project timelines and budgets. The role requires active problem-solving and decision-making to ensure project completion in line with company standards and timelines.QualificationsCertified Practical Engineer in Electrical Engineering - Must Solid understanding of Electrical Engineering principles and practical experience with energy systemsExperience in project management, including planning, organization, timelines, and stakeholder coordinationFamiliarity with solar energy systems and renewable energy technologiesStrong technical skills in system design, implementation, and troubleshootingExcellent communication, collaboration, and reporting skillsKnowledge of applicable industry regulations and standardsAbility to work effectively on-site and ensure adherence to safety protocolsRelevant certifications or qualifications as a Certified Practical Engineer in Electrical EngineeringPrevious experience in renewable energy or solar energy projects is an advantageFluency in Hebrew; English proficiency is an asset
