This role requires a strategic, business-savvy leader who combines strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions. You will be accountable for delivering revenue targets, enhancing customer engagement, and driving market share growth in alignment with company strategy.Job PurposeAs the Sales Head for Colombia & Ecuador, you will be responsible for leading the sales function and ensuring executional excellence across both markets. This role requires a strategic, business-savvy leader who combines strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions. You will be accountable for delivering revenue targets, enhancing customer engagement, and driving market share growth in alignment with company strategy.Main ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution Design and implement the integrated sales strategy for Colombia & Ecuador, in alignment with business objectives and brand priorities. Lead the annual sales planning and forecasting process, ensuring accurate market insights and bottom-up validation. Drive execution excellence in the field, ensuring targets are met across all commercial channels.Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 7 direct reports, including two people managers responsible for field force teams in both countries. Team responsible for: Pharma Chains, Distributors and Mixed Channel, Institutional Channel and 2 Senior KAMs in Ecuador. Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability, continuous development, and strong engagement. Strengthen leadership depth within the team, supporting succession and career growth.Cross-functional Collaboration & Influence Act as a key peer and collaborator to the Trade Marketing Head, Execution Head, Sales Support Lead, and Medical Promotion Head. Influence resource allocation, activation plans, and data-driven decision-making across commercial teams. Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure integrated execution.Market & Business Insight Maintain deep understanding of both Colombian and Ecuadorian market dynamics, customer behaviors, and regulatory nuances. Anticipate risks and opportunities, proactively adapting commercial strategies to remain competitive. Provide regular business performance updates and insights to the Country Head and Leadership Team.About You Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 8–10 years of commercial experience in consumer healthcare or FMCG, with a strong track record in sales leadership roles. Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and navigate country-specific complexities (Colombia & Ecuador experience required). Strong influencing skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across peers and functions. Analytical mindset and results-driven, with a strong focus on execution.
