This isn’t just another job.JOB SUMMARY:We are looking for an experienced Colorist to join our international post-production team, focusing on video projects. You'll collaborate with editors to enhance video quality through expert color grading and correction, ensuring consistency and alignment with the creative vision.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform precise color correction and grading to enhance scene mood, tone, and qualityWork closely with the post-production team to achieve project alignmentEnsure color consistency by adjusting exposure, saturation, and balanceInnovate with creative solutions to strengthen visual storytellingKeep project files organized and manage timely delivery of all assetsStay updated on trends, tools, and techniques to improve workflowsYOUR PROFILE:Proven Colorist experience with a strong portfolioProficiency in DaVinci Resolve and other color grading toolsStrong foundation in color theory, correction techniques, and grading principlesFamiliarity with HDR workflows and platforms (cinema, streaming, broadcast)Knowledgeable about color spaces, LUTs, and formatting standardsKeen eye for detail and a strong ability to maintain visual consistency across scenesEagerness to explore and adopt new tools and techniquesFluency in English and RussianBONUS POINTS:Experience in VR editingExperience with VFX and compositing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects)Experience in the US marketHIRING PROCESS:HR Screening (30 min)Team Interview (1 hour)Case Task (2-4 hours)CEO Interview (30 min)💼 Explore our hiring process.WHAT WE OFFER:Please note, that this is a fully remote contract role.
