Our commitment is simple: treat every client like family, and provide the quality service you and your family deserve. 📞 Role DescriptionWe are hiring four Customer Service Representatives based in Belize to join our growing team: ✅ 2 Full‑Time positions ✅ 2 Part‑Time positionsThis role is primarily phone‑based and designed to help us connect with our customers in the most positive way possible.

You will provide support through various channels, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle inquiries or issues efficiently. Although the position is remote, you’ll be an integral part of our Greater Boston operations. Some hybrid flexibility may apply. 🗓 SchedulesPart‑Time: 🕑 Monday – Thursday 🕑 2: 00 PM – 6: 00 PM (Eastern Standard Time – Boston)Full‑Time: 🕤 Monday – Friday 🕤 9: 30 AM – 6: 30 PM (Eastern Standard Time – Boston) 🍴 Includes a 1‑hour lunch break💡 What You’ll Be DoingAs part of our customer experience team, you’ll handle tasks such as:

📞 Calling customers to confirm appointments📞 Calling customers to answer questions📞 Following up with customers after services to ensure satisfaction📞 Scheduling new appointments📧 Coordinating so we can send documents via email or Adobe for reference or signaturesYour main mission: make customers feel positive, valued, and excited to work with us.

✅ Qualifications✔️ At least 1 year of experience in receiving and making outbound calls✔️ Fluent in American English (spoken and written)✔️ Above‑average computer skills, including customer databases, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other common software✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills✔️ Ability to work independently and remotely✔️ Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related industries is a plus✔️ High school diploma or equivalent💰 Compensation💵 Compensation is based on time worked and—most importantly—your ability to connect with customers.
