Cleaning & Facility MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness of all visitor areas, includingJohnson Center, Overlook, Carnivore areasLakeside Cabins, Lodge, Straker Cabins, Nomad RidgeWilds Administration Building, Clinic, Animal Management office, Operations Support CenterManage daily trash removal and recycling disposal in line with recycling policies. Maintain and organize housekeeping storage areas and inventory supplies. Guest Service & RepresentationAct as a professional representative of The Wilds, ensuring a positive guest experience. Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent service and upholding guest service standards.

Operational SupportWork with flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Operate two-way radios for efficient communication. Experience & SkillsMust be 16 years or older. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment. Positive, professional attitude and teamwork mentality. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Compliance & Employment RequirementsPossession of a valid state-issued Identification. Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Subject to Drug-Free Workplace Policy, BMV Check, and Criminal Background Check. This position is not eligible for overtime pay.
