Your ResponsibilitiesLegal Advisory and SupportAdvise internal teams and leadership on a range of corporate and commercial legal matters, including partnerships, labor law, and international ventures. Offer timely and practical legal guidance on daily operational and strategic issues.
Contract Drafting and NegotiationTake the lead in negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements, such as: Game supplier contractsPayment service provider agreementsMarketing agreementsLicensing agreementsNDAsReview and negotiate contracts to protect the company’s interests while enabling commercial success. Strategic Legal ProjectsSupport IP and licensing matters, ensuring proper use and protection of company assets. Work closely with external legal counsel on jurisdiction-specific topics, including regulatory matters, litigation, and licensing applications. Policy, Training & ComplianceAssist in creating and updating internal policies and procedures aligned with legal and regulatory expectations.
Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on commercial and compliance topics. M&A and Corporate DevelopmentPartner with the management team on M&A activities, offering legal insight throughout the transaction lifecycle. What our client is looking forLLB (required); LLM is an advantage, preferably from a UK university. Qualified and admitted lawyer, ideally UK-qualified or admitted to a recognized Bar. Minimum 4 years of experience, with a focus on corporate and commercial law. Prior in-house counsel experience preferred. Experience in regulated industries (e. g. , fintech, iGaming) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of corporate legal frameworks and contract law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
