They are expanding their Commercial Insurance team in Dublin and are open to speaking with individuals at different stages of their commercial insurance career. Whether you’re building your experience or are a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and retain your own portfolio of commercial clients (size and complexity will align with your experience).Support renewals and mid-term adjustments, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Handle client communications, documentation, and service queries in a professional and timely manner.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurers.Provide advice and customer service appropriate to your level of expertise, with opportunities to expand into more complex cases as you progress.Stay up to date with commercial insurance products and market developments.The Ideal Candidate:Experience in commercial insurance in the Irish market is an advantage, but we are open to candidates with less experience who are eager to transition into commercial.For more experienced applicants: proven ability to manage a book of business and deliver on retention/service targets.APA Commercial qualified (minimum) or working towards professional qualifications (CIP).
