Join our dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and shaping strategic decisions across the cluster/country.What you'll do: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, co-piloting business performance and enabling informed decision-making.Lead commercial finance initiatives including pricing strategies, investment evaluations, and profitability analysis.Champion continuous improvement by refining processes, enhancing financial tools, and driving value across the organization.Qualifications and skills: • Bachelor degree or equivalent 5 years of FP & A or business partnering experience Data-savvy Business partnering Influencing Learning agility Fluency in Dutch (if you are located in NL) & English languages What we offer: Competitive total rewards package.
