As part of Fletcher Building, we’re committed to sustainable growth and continuous improvement.About The RoleWe’re looking for solutions-focussed Commercial Analyst to join our high-performing team, providing business partnering support across Sales, Pricing, and Business Strategy. This is a hands-on role goes beyond reporting, it blends analytics, financial modelling and strategic insights to drive performance across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead forecasting, trend and sensitivity analysis to identify growth opportunitiesBuild key financial, pricing and commercial models that deliver strategic insights into sales and pricing drivers to support business cases decision makingDevelop insightful reporting, trend analysis, sensitivity analysis and analytics to drive and support strategic initiatives Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reportingDevelop internal controls, policies, and process mapsProvide pricing support, including quoting and governance reportingDeliver ad-hoc and performance metric reporting aligned to business goalsWhat You’ll BringA degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline3–5 years’ experience in a commercial or analytical role within the manufacturing/FMCG industryStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Advanced Excel (V-Look Ups/Macros) and Power BI with experience in SAP and Price-Ex advantageousProactive and strategic thinker with a solutions-focussed mindset and a strong understanding of business value driversA passion for continuous improvement and delivering resultsWhy Join Us?At Iplex, you’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and making a real difference.
