Responsibilities Customer Tender Strategy & Product Pricing AnalysisSupport in strategy formulation for customer tendersAnalyse historical sales, customer needs, and competitor offerings to optimise win strategiesDevelop pricing models and value propositions tailored to each tender opportunityReview and analyse product margins, pricing trends, and customer buying behaviorMonitor competitor pricing and market movements to inform pricing adjustmentsWork closely with Business Analyst and Purchasing team to understand cost drivers and formulate pricing strategies Supply Chain & Inventory PlanningAnalyse inventory turnover, obsolescence, and product demand variabilityRecommend the right item and optimal stock levels based on historical data, forecasted demand and warehouse spaceCollaborate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure optimization of warehouse space for inventory planning process Reporting & InsightsCreate Power BI dashboards and commercial reports related to commercial pricing and inventory planningTrack and closely monitor key KPIs such as product and customer margin, quotation conversion rates, and inventory performanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.2–4 years’ experience in a commercial or analytical role, ideally within marine, trading, or logistics environments.Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups and etc) and Power BI (DAX and data modelling); experience with inventory planning or ERP systems is an advantage.Strong understanding of pricing mechanics, cost structures, and inventory principles.Knowledge of ship supply or marine operations is highly desirable.
