This is a crucial role that provides critical financial insights about our revenue across all our car parks and assists with driving profitability and performance across the state. Key Responsibilities:Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, including month-end closings and rolling forecasts. Conduct variance analysis and present insights to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare annual budgets aligned with operational goals, providing ongoing support throughout the budgeting process.Conduct feasibility analysis for potential new sites, reviewing revenue, costs, and margins, and assist in preparing feasibility reports for larger projects.Partner with our Commercial Team to perform yield analysis reporting, focusing on pricing strategies and operational performance.Assist in preparing and presenting capital expenditure submissions in line with business objectives and strategic growth plans.Engage in ad-hoc financial modelling to explore revenue opportunities and cost management strategies.Support innovation and transformational projects, including project briefs and business case development.Drive continuous process improvements by automating reporting processes and collaborating with external consultants.Qualifications:Tertiary qualification in Accounting; CPA/CA progress is desirable.1-2 years of experience in a relevant commercial role.Financial modelling experience is preferred.Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new applications.Advanced MS Excel skills.Familiarity with Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Power BI, Anaplan).Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of staff.Experience coaching non-finance professionals in financial management.Contribution to the efficiency and profitability of the business.
