In this role, you’ll manage complex commercial audiology research projects, drive collaboration with internal teams and external research partners, and translate research insights into innovation, education, and go-to-market strategy. If you’re a passionate professional with expertise in audiology and hearing technology who leads projects with drive and purpose, this is your opportunity to make “Wonderful Sound for All” a reality.What you will doLead and expand commercial audiology research efforts, driving projects that generate impactful insights for innovation and market successManage the claims and evidence study portfolio, maintaining oversight of timelines, deliverables, and proactive issue resolutionCoordinate and motivate cross-functional and research teams through effective communication, engagement, and structured status meetingsDevelop and execute research project plans, ensuring scientific rigor, compliance with GDPR, and timely delivery of outcomesCultivate and manage collaborations with external research partners and key opinion leaders, including oversight of research contractsIdentify and propose new research areas aligned with strategic business goals and audiology advancementTranslate research findings as an industry thought leader to impact product development, professional communication and professional developmentAuthor and present research outcomes through internal reports, external publications, and conference presentations to strengthen WS Audiology’s industry leadership.What you bringExperienceMaster's degree or higher from Acoustic Engineering, Audiology, PsychoAcsoustics or relatedAround 10 years of experience in commercial audiology research and research project management Scientific expertise with strategic project leadership skills.Personal competenciesStrategic and analytical mindset – able to connect research insights to commercial impact with strong critical thinking and academic rigorCollaborative influencer – builds trust and alignment across teams, driving results through communication and stakeholder engagementCurious and innovative – thrives on exploring new ideas, methods, and technologies to advance audiology research and business goalsResilient and ethically grounded – adapts to challenges with integrity, balancing scientific excellence with sound judgment and responsibility.Who we areAt WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.Sounds wonderful?
