Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1) Capability Development & Academy BuildingDesign, launch, and manage a Sales & Marketing Academy tailored to the beverage industry.Develop structured learning paths for various roles (e.g., sales reps, brand managers, trade marketers).Curate and create training content, including digital modules, workshops, and coaching programs.Collaborate with internal and external experts to deliver high-impact learning experiences.2) Competency Framework & AssessmentDefine and implement core competencies for sales and marketing roles.Conduct regular capability assessments to identify skill gaps and development needs.Develop tools and metrics to measure training effectiveness and capability growth. 3) Performance EnablementPartner with Sales and Marketing leadership to align capability initiatives with business goals.Support frontline teams with tools and best practices to enhance execution.Drive adoption of CRM, trade marketing platforms, and digital tools through training and support.4) Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with Talent Management & Development team and commercial teams to integrate capability development into talent strategies.Act as a change agent to promote a learning culture and growth mindset.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field5+ years of experience in capability development, sales training, or commercial excellence.Strong understanding of sales and marketing functions in the beverage/FMCG industry.Experience in designing and implementing learning programs and competency frameworks.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for developing people and driving commercial impact through capability.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.Certification in training, coaching would be an advantage.Experience with adult learning principles and blended learning approaches is preferred.Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant ManagerPlease apply with full resume, current and expected salary and availability by clicking "Apply".
