So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.Your day to dayCollaborate with front line supervisors and other stakeholders within the territory in developing training programs to ensure efficient resource utilization.Implement functional programs and the use of developed tools within an assigned territory.Conduct relevant functional classroom training programs.Carry out field coaching sessions with front line supervisors in the assigned territory to help develop their people-handling, supervisory and coaching skills.Evaluate the results and effectiveness of implemented programs/tools by collecting feedback and initiating improvements as necessary.Gather and consolidated in-field/audit activities-related data carried out by front line supervisors/managers for regular reporting to the Area Management team.Provide front line supervisors with up-to-date status of the knowledge/functional skills of front-line employees including priority areas to be addressed in order to improve in-field execution.Support the font line supervisors in evaluating individual development needs, designing and implementing Individual Development Plans (on- -job, from peers, off-the-job) that are part of the development priorities in line with ensuring accelerated business growth.Serve as a change agent for line management and employees in the assigned territory for any emerging clarifications, requests or comments regarding organization development aspects in the field and effectively address most of them.Who We’re Looking ForUniversity degree, preferably in Communication, Human Resources, Administration, or similar.Fluent/advanced English, both written and spoken.Rich experience (3+ years) as corporate trainer - Specific understanding of Front-office systems & process: B2C Brand Retail, Clienteling, Cegid.Proven experience on people management (2+years).Solid understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.Proficiency in software applications such as word processor, database management, and presentation software.
