Contract ManagementCollaborate with legal and agency teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts with clients in a timely manner.Ensures contracts meet quality and commercial standards.Manages the contract lifecycle using the HighQ system ensuring contracts repository is kept up to date.Supports business and clients with contracting questionsUnderstands key operational and financial drivers of allocated Business UnitWorks simultaneously on multiple contracts and contract amendments Business MetricsTrack, manage and improve contract related metrics that demonstrate customer service. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term collaborations. Problem SolvingAnalyse information to solve problems and present proposed solutions to Management with Manager support. Communication and NegotiationDemonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills in engagements with internal teams and external clients.Effectively convey complex information and negotiate deals that align with the company's objectives. What Skills And Experience You Bring To The RoleKeen eye for detailExcellent organizational, negotiation and communication skillsAbility to solve problems, analyse information and achieve quality standardsGood understanding of contract languageGood analytical skills.Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environmentMinimum of a bachelor’s level degreeProven experience in a commercial affairs / contracting role. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
