Job Description
Commercial Director, Injectable Aesthetics - Indonesia Core Mission Lead and develop Galderma's Injectable Aesthetics (IA) business in Indonesia by implementing and executing the global strategy. You will drive sustainable portfolio growth, shape the market, and deliver commercial excellence through strategic leadership, operational agility, and customer engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the local Injectable Aesthetics strategy, aligned with regional and global direction.Drive the business's P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability targets.Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of sales, product, and marketing professionals.Design and implement marketing, sales, and commercial policies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Oversee the product portfolio, ensuring strategic investment and optimal resource allocation.Champion market shaping, demand generation, and disciplined KPI tracking.Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), KOLs, and clinic partners to drive engagement and advocacy.Define annual business plans, budgets, and promotional strategies, assessing performance and driving corrective actions as needed.Ensure excellence in launch readiness, go-to-market execution, and category leadership.Maintain high standards of compliance and ethical conduct in all business activities, consistent with Galderma's RA/QA/PV policies.Represent Galderma at key industry conferences and congresses, promoting our purpose and science-based innovation. Profile Requirements Education & TrainingBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or Biological/Medical Sciences. ExperienceMinimum 5 years in senior sales and marketing or commercial leadership roles within the Aesthetics, Pharmaceutical, or Medical industries.Proven experience managing P&L, leading teams, and driving sustainable business growth.Demonstrated success in market development, product launches, and customer engagement strategies. CompetenciesStrong understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and channel strategies in the Aesthetics or Healthcare industry.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Highly analytical, resilient, and hands-on, capable of navigating a complex, evolving category.Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and coaching capabilities.Ethical, empathetic, and culturally aware; able to engage across Indonesia's diverse regions.Willingness to travel domestically and regionally for key market and JPAC events.
