What You Will Enjoy DoingThe Commercial Director is responsible for ensuring that the company achieves its turnover targets, as well as supporting senior management in defining these targets.ResponsibilitiesIn this position you will be responsible for the overall sales activities in Spain and North of Africa and this includes the following tasks:Prospecting and searching for new potential customers in Spain and North AfricaAdding value to existing customersProduct presentationsNegotiating of terms and pricesClosing sales and following up on agreementsAfter-sales service to ensure customer satisfactionManaging and answering customer callsConducting market research and field surveys, forecasting market developments and anticipating the measures needed to adapt to new trendsTrade fair attendanceWhat makes you greatActive listeningStrong interpersonal and analytical skills and proven leadership competencesActive communicationProfound problem-solving skills as well as a high grade of flexibility and hands-on mentalityEmpathyProactivityStrategic vision and innovationPrevious customer service experienceMinimum 5 years of work experience ideally in Cosmetic, Food, or Pharmaceutical industriesCompleted technical or commercial education (university level or similar)Good communication and collaboration skillsExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishFrench skills will be well valuedWillingness to travel (up to 60%) and to work in different cultural settingsWhat you can expect working with usIntegration in a dynamic team and an international working environment within a 100% family owned companyA diverse range of challenging tasks with a high degree of self-responsibilityIndividual performance will be remunerated and further development professionally supported
