You’ll lead the sales, account management, and partnerships teams, defining and executing plans to grow revenue, increase market share, and ensure profitable client engagements.You will act as the primary driver of business outcomes, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and delivery teams to maximize growth and operational efficiency.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on strategy, revenue generation, and team leadership in a global, fast-growing company.QualificationsDefine and execute Atlasmoth’s commercial strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets. Lead and develop the sales, account management, and partnership teams through a hands-on, lead-by-example approach that fosters accountability, collaboration, and performance.Oversee strategic client relationships, high-value deals, and enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery and long-term partnership growth. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align commercial operations, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance client value propositions.Develop and implement KPIs and dashboards to track revenue performance, pipeline health, and team effectiveness. Drive market expansion by identifying and executing growth opportunities across new geographies, industries, and enterprise segments.Actively participate in board-level discussions and contribute to key strategic decisions shaping Atlasmoth’s global commercial direction.Requirements7-12+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, ideally in SaaS, digital services, or creative/tech agencies.Proven track record of scaling revenue, leading teams, and managing high-value client relationships.Strong business acumen, negotiation, and financial modeling skills.Experience building sales processes, commercial strategies, and cross-functional alignment.Excellent communication and leadership skills (English required; Dutch a plus).Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and entrepreneurial environment.CompensationThe compensation and benefits package includes a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, seniority, and scope of responsibility. Performance-based bonuses are offered and tied to revenue growth, profitability, and strategic objectives.
