Do you know how to close deals, scale accounts, and build something from the ground up?We are looking for a Commercial Director Europe to lead our expansion across key European markets, starting with Germany and the UK. This is more than a sales role – it’s a 360° business development opportunity for someone who wants to shape the future of a successful North American menswear brand in Europe. You will be the face of the company, the driver of growth, and the architect of long-term partnerships with leading retailers.Your MissionDrive high-volume sales across Germany, the UK, and other European marketsIdentify and target retailers aligned with our off-price and private label strategyLeverage your existing network to accelerate market entry and secure large-scale ordersClose deals with key accounts and grow share-of-wallet through strategic upselling and cross-sellingDeliver compelling sales presentations and product pitches tailored to each client’s needsCollaborate with design and production teams to develop customized product strategiesManage the full sales cycle with a focus on volume: from prospecting and negotiation to order placement and follow-upSet up and manage a local showroom, supported administratively by our Canadian HQServe as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on product performance, sell-through, and replenishmentRepresent the brand at trade shows and industry events, acting as a true ambassadorMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesReport regularly to HQ in Canada, including forecasts, client feedback, and strategic insightsWhat You BringProven track record of closing high-volume deals in fashion or apparelDeep understanding of menswear and retail dynamics in EuropeEstablished network of contacts in the off-price and retail sectorStrong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindsetCommercial acumen with a focus on numbers, margins, and performanceSelf-starter attitude with entrepreneurial spirit and high motivationFluency in English and German; other European languages are a plusWillingness to travel, including regular visits to Canada (every 6–8 weeks)Why Join UsBe part of a 50-year-old brand with a startup spirit in EuropeWork with a high-performing international team across Canada and the USEnjoy full autonomy and the chance to shape your own marketLong-term commitment — we are here to stay and growCompetitive compensation package with strong performance upside
