This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for revenue, margin, pricing, campaigns, and digital performance across our ski and summer brands including Topflight, Directski.com and Ski McNeill.Topflight Travel Group is a €50m pan-European travel business, operating across three business units:Topflight (including Directski.com & Ski McNeill)Topflight for SchoolsSki Beat (UK-based chalet holidays)Known for our strong in-resort service and use of technology to improve the guest experience, we’re now investing in the next phase of growth - starting with this newly created Commercial Director role.What You'll DoSet and deliver the commercial plan for Topflight’s ski and summer brandsLead pricing, campaign planning, and performance trackingDrive customer acquisition through digital-first marketing (search, social, email, AI, CRM)Monitor daily sales and margin performance and adjust fastGuide campaign calendars and ensure activity aligns with commercial goalsCollaborate with Product, Brand, and Customer Experience teamsCoach and manage a growing marketing team and agency partnersContribute to senior leadership discussions and group-level strategyWhat You’ll Need7+ years’ experience in a commercial, marketing, or revenue roleA track record of driving revenue, margin and customer acquisitionConfidence working with KPIs like CAC, ROI, conversion rate, and yieldHands-on with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, CRM, retargeting)Strong communicator and collaborator across functions and teamsCalm under pressure, decisive when it counts, and highly data literateWhy Join Us?This is not a siloed marketing role.
