Commercial Electrical Estimator

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This role is office-based and focused on estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and client/GC relationships — not day-to-day field supervision. You’ll prepare accurate bids and then oversee projects at the financial and administrative level to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.Our work is primarily commercial construction (office, retail, institutional, light industrial), with occasional specialty projects in healthcare facilities. Experience in medical or other technically demanding environments is a plus, but not required.What You’ll DoReview drawings, specifications, and addenda to prepare accurate bids and proposals.Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and value-engineering options.Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.Manage projects administratively — contracts, budgets, schedules, and reporting.Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, clients, and vendors.Track project progress through change orders, RFIs, invoicing, and cost reports.Support the Commercial Foreman with timely budgets, schedules, and resource planning.Ensure projects meet profitability goals and client expectations.What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in commercial electrical estimating and/or project management.Strong understanding of NEC, state/local codes, and construction practices.Experience with healthcare or other specialized projects is a plus.Proficiency in estimating software (Accubid, Planswift, ConEst, McCormick, or similar), Excel, and Bluebeam.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary + project bonusesHealth, dental, vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off + holidaysIf you’re ready to put your estimating and project management skills to work on challenging commercial projects, apply today!Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceExperience:Construction estimating: 3 years (Required)Ability to Commute:Martinez, GA 30907 (Required)Ability to Relocate:Martinez, GA 30907: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
