Job Description

Responsibilities Lead the implementation, optimization, and management of CRM systems across various markets. Design and standardize sales processes, including customer segmentation and targeting models. Collaborate with regional IT to ensure CRM enhancements and troubleshoot issues. Develop sales dashboards and reports to provide insights and KPIs for leadership and sales teams. Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and productivity metrics. Generate actionable insights from sales reports and market data for strategic decision-making. Assess competency gaps and develop training programs tailored for sales teams. Partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to align on customer engagement strategies and campaigns. Support commercial leadership with business planning and annual budgeting.Requirements Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial excellence or sales operations within the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors. Proven experience with Sales Force CRM, including its implementation and reporting capabilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into strategic insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in diverse cultures and markets is an advantage.
