Position Snapshot:Nespresso Italy, Milan HQ (Assago)Nestlé welcomes people with disabilitiesPermanent Contract4-5 years of experience in similar roles or strategic/management consulting, working for international organizations with leading brands and a strong commercial mindsetExcellent analytical, organizational, project management and communication skillsKnowledge of Food & Beverage or Ho.re.ca market is considered a plusMandatory fluency in Italian and EnglishPosition SummaryIn recent months, B2B has completely revolutionized its RTM, approaching OOH customers directly and starting its own digital revolution.Reporting directly to the B2B Commercial Excellence Manager, the B2B Commercial Operations & Project Manager will be responsible for:Leading and managing the overall delivery of multiple change-management projectsImproving commercial effectiveness and efficiencyIdentifying and implementing strategical improvementHe/she will also support the Business Commercial Excellence Manager in deploying the business and digital strategy for NespressoA day in the life of B2B Commercial Operations & Project Manager Project & Change ManagementProject/ Program development, roll out and executionProject presentation ensuring an effective buy-in of the main stakeholderDrive B2B and Digital change management across the organization (culture & mindset)Supports Salesforce in adopting new methodologies, processes, toolsWorking closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to commercial activities.Commercial Effectiveness and EfficiencyDevelop and monitor KPIs to monitor efficiency and effectiveness of business processesDefine and implement timely actions to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency, including providing guidelines to the sales force for managing specific customersStreamline sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, also involving additional stakeholders (e.g. salesforce, operations, finance, etc.)Define Business needs and partner with the IT department to digitalize & automate processesStrategy & PlanningUnderstand business priorities and OOH trends and collaborate with Business Commercial Excellence Manager to define the Company Strategy and Operative PlanImplement effective sales strategies to achieve business goalsMarket research and field visit with salesforce to understand salesforce & customer needs and market trends.What will make you successful?Master's degree in Economics, Management or a related field.Ability to understand current OOH market trends.
