Above all, you see every situationas a chance to contribute, grow, and make adifference.ResponsibilitiesWITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO: Validate and process promotional activities, rebates, and discounts in line with companypolicies Ensure accurate accounting of commercial investments through reconciliations, varianceanalysis and proper accruals at month-end closing Monitor compliance with internal controls and audit requirements to safeguard data integrity Prepare timely reports to provide visibility of investment execution and payment status tostakeholders Manage the end-to-end payments lifecycle (creation, validation, submission, follow-up, andissue resolution) Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controlover commercial finance operationsSkills & ExperienceTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:EXPERIENCE: 1 - 2 years of experience in Finance Roles, preferred: Commercial Support, FP&A, Controlling Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field Experience preparing reports, variance analysis, and supporting month-end closingSKILLS: Language: Spanish and English Intermediate B1 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Solid understanding of financial processes (payments, accruals, investment control) Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (SAP) Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with Finance, Commercial andShared Services teams High sense of accountability, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls Continuous improvement mindset, focused on efficiency and automation opportunitiesPERSONAL QUALITIESWE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL QUALITIES: Proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate issues and take initiative Strong ownership and accountability for results Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment Curious and eager to learn, with a growth-oriented mindsetOther Be willing to work hard, engage with a large organization and be part of an exceptional teamthat want to make a difference and leave a legacy?
