Location: Alpharetta, GAAbout the RoleThe Commercial Finance & Pricing Analyst supports the company’s sales and pricing operations by providing financial analysis, pricing governance, and data-driven insights. This role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to optimize pricing, margin performance, and overall commercial decision-making.This role offers strong development potential toward a Senior Analyst or Commercial Finance Manager position.ResponsibilitiesPricing & Quoting: Develop, review, and issue quotes for ad hoc requests, ensuring alignment with pricing policies and margin targets.Maintain and mass load customer and product pricing within ERP systems (e.g., D365, IQMS, or Epicor).Develop and manage the price compliance program in collaboration with Customer Service to ensure pricing accuracy within orders and invoices.Support list price and customer-specific price updates, price change implementations, and communication to stakeholders.Analyze win/loss trends, quote turnaround time, and pricing effectiveness.Commercial Finance & Reporting: Support ad hoc reporting on margins, pricing, and pipeline activity using Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel.Manage and maintain the sales incentive compensation program, including territory structures, commission calculations, and payment requests.Assist in continuous improvement activities focused on data integrity, automation, and reporting standardization. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Management Information Systems; MBA preferred.3+ years of experience in pricing, FP&A, or commercial finance within a manufacturing environment.Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, including use of Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, IQMS, Epicor) and ability to manage data uploads/downloads.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication skills; able to interact cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Senior Management.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
