You will find yourself switching gears frequently, one moment collaborating with branded partners on a new menu launch, the next analysing sales data to spot emerging trends, or jumping in to resolve a supply chain challenge. Forecasting & Budgeting: You know how to manage cost of goods, prepare accurate forecasts, and contribute to budget planning.
