Join our Commercial Graduate ProgrammeThe Commercial Graduate Programme is a stepping stone for young talents with Commercial backgrounds who are enthusiastic about their career and interested in international experience.The Commercial Graduate Programme consists of 3 rotations: one of them will be a project rotation. Depending on the project, this rotation will be 6-8 months. Below, you can read more about the content of each rotation.Marketing rotation: In the marketing rotation, you will be supporting the development of brand strategies and plans for how to develop and win new markets, customers, and consumers. You will support the implementation of global initiatives in the local markets and follow up on results. This is your chance to work with some of our iconic brands such as Carlsberg, Tuborg, Brooklyn, Kronenbourg, Sommersby, and many more. Commercial rotation: In this rotation, you will be assigned to one of our commercial teams, which includes Digital Marketing, Sales Excellence, Commercial Insights, Value Management, and Commercial Business units. The purpose is to gain an understanding of how enablers work as an integrated part of delivering a strategy and how you will be supporting the sales function in developing current and new business opportunities in the local markets. What is more, you would have a chance to meet with customers and partners to grow profit and brand equity.   Project rotation: In your project rotation, you will be responsible for implementing a specific project or supporting the implementation of market/brand strategies and plans. This rotation is developed together with you, but it depends on current projects and possibilities in our company.  What we’re looking for with our future Commercial GraduatesAs a programme candidate, one of your most remarkable characteristics is your passion and continuous striving for results.
