Drive business growth and maximize commercial potential in Executive Search and RPO by leading strategic initiatives, delivering operational excellence, and partnering closely with Marketing and Sales. Ensure the successful execution of client engagements, campaigns, and programs while strengthening the company’s market position locally and globally.Job Summary:Lead the execution of corporate branding, marketing programs, and compliance standards across Executive Search and RPO operations, ensuring measurable business outcomes.Develop and implement integrated marketing and business development campaigns in close partnership with Marketing and Sales to generate leads, engage clients, and drive revenue growth.Formulate and deliver the annual commercial and marketing plan aligned with the sales targets and growth objectives of each Business Unit (BU).Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to identify market opportunities, expand client relationships, and convert strategies into operational delivery and business results.Oversee the end-to-end operational delivery of Executive Search and RPO projects, ensuring high-quality execution, efficiency, and client satisfaction.Monitor, evaluate, and optimize business development and marketing activities, recommending improvements and reporting actionable insights to Management.Prepare, manage, and optimize the marketing and commercial budget to maximize ROI, resource efficiency, and business impact.Drive global initiatives to enhance market share, strengthen brand credibility, and deliver long-term sustainable growth.Perform additional strategic and operational duties as required to ensure successful delivery of corporate objectives and client engagements.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.Experience:8–12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial management within HR services, Executive Search, RPO, or talent solutions.Proven track record in driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion in local and global markets.Hands-on experience delivering operational excellence in Executive Search and RPO engagements.Strong partnership experience with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to translate strategies into measurable business outcomes.Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing, brand, and business development campaigns.Skills & Competencies:Strategic thinker with a strong business development orientation and results-driven mindset.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to evaluate campaigns and operational performance.Knowledge of HR services industry trends, Executive Search, RPO models, and global talent markets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global business environment.Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel internationally as needed.Proficiency in CRM, HR tech platforms, and Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
