As we continue down this new and ambitious path, unique opportunities will present themselves, both professionally and personally.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead and grow the business by developing, implementing, and monitoring a customer-centric national business plan in collaboration with FLMs, Marketing, Access, and cross-functional partners to optimize the customer experience.Drive the implementation of our Ecuador strategy with strong, holistic commercial vision and deliver financial objectives with full P&L responsibility.Build strong, value-based relationships with customers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders at Sandoz.Take an active role in fostering a highly engaged team, demonstrating team spirit, curiosity, integrity, and a genuine interest in people.Identify, own, and drive new business opportunities leveraging strong business acumen, advanced analytical skills, and data insights.Ensure operational excellence and innovation to build a best-in-class commercial platform.Champion compliance, ethics, and integrity in all business practices.
