Commercial Lead Electro-IT We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven leader with deep knowledge of the Electro-IT category, strong negotiation skills, and proven experience working with major retailers.What you’ll have to do:Define and lead the end-to-end strategy for the Electro-IT Marketplace category, overseeing all commercial and operational levers to drive growth and performance;Develop and execute data-driven commercial strategies grounded in market trends, consumer behavior, and category-specific dynamics;Establish, grow, and manage strategic partnerships with key players in the Electro-IT ecosystem, including top-tier retailers and manufacturers;Own the negotiation of commercial agreements and annual business plans, directly impacting revenue, margin, and category profitability;Ensure cross-functional alignment by coordinating closely with Marketplace Product Managers to deliver seamless partner collaboration and execution;Lead the planning and execution of high-impact commercial events, such as Black Friday, ensuring maximum visibility and performance for the category;Mentor, guide, and develop your team to ensure high performance and operational excellence.What makes you a good fit:Bachelor’s degree or higher education completed;Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles, category management, or procurement - with a clear focus on Electro-IT;At least 2 years in a team leadership role, with a track record of motivating and developing people;Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, especially with top-tier retailers or suppliers;Advanced English language proficiency;Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);Intermediate technical knowledge in IT&C;Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to navigate a variety of practical challenges;Solid understanding of databases and data analysis;Experience in an eCommerce or Marketplace environment is a strong advantage.What we’ve prepared for you:Medical subscription: Medicover, MedLife or Regina Maria.
