They operate globally to protect civil liberties and combat injustice through high-impact litigation and strategic legal efforts.About the role:Our client is looking for a remote Commercial Litigation Paralegal with 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English and experience working with U.S.-based law firms. Proficiency with commercial litigation software is a must. This role requires someone who can provide comprehensive support to litigation attorneys, manage documentation and deadlines, and handle confidential material with professionalism and precision.Prior experience in commercial litigation at a U.S. law firm is preferredWhat you’ll be doing:Supporting attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation, including pre-trial preparation, filing, discovery, and trial support.Drafting and managing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.Organizing case files and maintaining litigation calendars.Coordinating with clients, courts, and legal teams.Conducting legal research and compiling case-related data.Utilizing commercial litigation software (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Concordance) to manage case information and discovery.Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedures.Who are we looking for?8–10 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in commercial litigation.Experience working with U.S. law firms (strongly preferred)Proficient in using commercial litigation software and Microsoft Office Suite.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, high-pressure environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Position: Commercial Litigation ParalegalRemote Status: Fully RemotePreferred Location: DRC and Latin AmericaWorking Hours: 9 am to 5 pm ESTSalary: USD 1800 to USD 2200 per monthInternal Job ID: 0530
