Job Description

Purpose: Drive sales growth by managing and expanding brand/category accounts in a modern social commerce ecosystem. Unlike traditional retail trade roles, this position integrates brand partnerships with livestream selling, affiliate networks, and platform-native campaigns to deliver measurable GMV and margin impact.Key Responsibilities:Business & P&L OwnershipOwn GMV and margin targets for assigned brands/categories across e-commerce and social commerce platforms.Build quarterly and annual sales plans tied to platform activations (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).Monitor sales data and optimize pricing, promotions, and assortment in real time.Brand Acquisition & Partner GrowthProactively acquire new brand accounts to expand M-Commerce portfolio.Negotiate commercial terms and joint business plans that integrate social commerce mechanics (affiliate programs, live commerce, creator partnerships).Manage and grow long-term partnerships with existing brands.Modern Go-to-Market (GTM)Design GTM strategies that leverage short-form video, live commerce, and affiliate amplification rather than just traditional trade promotions.Collaborate with Media Division to integrate paid performance, content, and affiliate pushes into campaigns.Ensure products are commerce-ready with compelling content and creator support at launch.Platform & Channel DevelopmentBuild strong relationships with category managers at TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tiki.Secure platform-native visibility slots (campaign banners, live event features, algorithm boosts).Explore and scale emerging channels in social commerce and D2C.Cross-Team CollaborationWork with Store Ops for inventory, logistics, and promo alignment.Provide category insights to Content Factory for content playbooks.Align with BD & Partnerships team to target strategic brand acquisitions.Reporting & InsightsTrack GMV, margin, and campaign ROI across channels.Share insights on which social commerce tactics drive highest conversion (live, affiliate, creator-led).Prepare regular reports for leadership on performance and pipeline.Qualifications5–7 years of experience in e-commerce or social commerce commercial roles.Proven record in brand account acquisition and growth.Strong experience working with platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tiki) — especially in campaign slots, affiliate programs, and retail media.Modern, digital-first mindset: comfortable with creators, affiliates, and live commerce as core sales levers.Analytical and data-driven; skilled in P&L management.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency strongly preferred.
