This project will add additional leading edge facilities to complement the existing Prison that CPD delivered early this year to the Department of Corrections. With early works already underway, the opportunity to join this project is available now, with overall completion and facility opening due in 2029.Your OpportunityTo manage and control the effective implementation of the commercial framework and processes, including head contract and subcontract administration (change management), commercial risk analysis, insurances, control and reporting to ensure the project’s objectives are achieved.Ensuring that all contracts meet the legal, commercial and corporate standards and agreed benchmarks.Ability to manage competing priorities and conflicts with other work streamsConducting contract negotiations with subcontractors & suppliers and managing significant claims and conflict resolution as requiredDemonstrate a personal commitment to the SHE Cultural Framework, policies, Safety Essentials and Management System requirements and expectations;Our Minimum Requirements For This Role AreQualifications in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Law / BusinessSignificant experience operating in a large, complex and contracts driven environmentExperience in Project Financial Management or commercial construction experienceExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present high quality, concise information and to interact with stakeholders at all levelsProven ability to anticipate and resolve problems with practical and positive solutionsWe support diversity in the workplace.
