HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in AlUla. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, quantity surveying, and commercial control for complex construction projects. The candidate should demonstrate extensive experience in cost estimation, BOQ validation, variation analysis, and payment certification, particularly within the Saudi Arabian market, including public sector and heritage-sensitive developments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects in accordance with company and client requirements.Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.Evaluate and certify contractor payments, variations, and claims.Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and overall financial performance.Ensure compliance with FIDIC conditions and Saudi cost approval standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide commercial insights throughout project execution.Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial management or quantity surveying in Saudi Arabia.Proven experience with public sector and heritage-sensitive projects.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Saudi cost approval standards.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.RICS or equivalent professional certification preferred.
