This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role on one of the region’s most iconic large-scale entertainment projects — a landmark development that will define the city’s leisure and tourism landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all commercial and contractual aspects of the project from inception to completionManage cost control, forecasting, and cash flowLead contract administration, claims, and variationsWork closely with project leadership to ensure commercial objectives are achievedMentor and develop a team of Quantity SurveyorsRequirementsDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similarProven experience delivering complex, high-value projects in the UAE/UKStrong contractual knowledge (FIDIC preferred)Excellent communication and leadership skillsWhat’s on OfferSalary up to AED 45,000 per month (depending on experience)Work on a flagship entertainment development in Abu DhabiLong-term opportunity with a reputable main contractor known for stability and growth
