Location :- Abu DhabiMazrui Energy Services (MES) — Part of the diversified Mazrui International — is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive business growth and profitability, strengthen financial performance through a blend of strategic insight, commercial intelligence, financial acumen and unlock new business opportunities across our Energy portfolio.This high-impact role sits within the Commercial/Business Division, bridging commercial strategy, finance, and operations. Commercial Strategy, Deal-Making & ExecutionLead commercial evaluations, business case development, and feasibility studies for major projects, JVs, and M&A opportunities.Oversee tenders, proposals, and contractual negotiations to ensure optimal commercial positioning and risk mitigation.Partner with Finance and Operations to align pricing, costing, and profitability targets with business objectives.Drive commercial governance, ensuring consistency in contract terms, approvals, and compliance.Business Development & Market IntelligenceConduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify new opportunities.Evaluate strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives.Support management presentations and negotiations with robust analytical insights.Decision Support & Leadership PartnershipAct as a strategic partner to the MES Director and business heads.Provide clear, data-driven recommendations for key operational and investment decisions.Ensure compliance with QHSE and sustainability standards across commercial activities.What you will BringStrategic mindset with strong foundation in finance and commercial management.Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with expertise in financial modelling and business case preparation.Proven track record in commercial management, FP&A, contract administration, corporate finance, or strategy consulting.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Experience12-18 years of progressive experience in commercial management, corporate finance, or business strategy — including at least 5 years in a senior managerial capacity within the Oil & Gas or Energy Services industry.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.MBA or professional certification (MRICS, CFA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.Why Join Us?At Mazrui Energy Services, you’ll operate at the crossroads of strategy, finance, and business growth, playing a key role in shaping the commercial direction of one of the UAE’s most established energy groups.
