This role ensures the cost-effective, compliant, and efficient sourcing of goods and services to support operations. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement processes, managing vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and driving procurement strategy to maximise value and operational efficiency.Responsibilities And DutiesContract negotiation and negotiating bulk supplier discountsDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational goalsManage vendor selection, negotiation, and performanceEnsure compliance with legislative and policy requirementsMonitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimise inventory useCollaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needsMaintain procurement records, reports, and contract registersThis role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our central office in Belmont! Skills, Attributes And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related fieldStrong experience in procurement or supply chain managementExcellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skillsProficient in procurement systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong organisational skills and ability to manage prioritiesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamEssential RequirementsValid driver's licence with access to a reliable vehicle Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Clearance and WA Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtainMust be happy with occasional supplier travelSt Jude's Health Care Services are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
