Commercial Managers for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in The NetherlandsResponsibilities: (1st role) The Commercial Manager leads a team of two people responsible for managing the commercial relationships with the industrial frontrunners that have been agreed on. Together with your team, you will maintain these relationships, elaborate on the existing agreements, and further develop them towards a safe system start-up and operation. You will ensure that the internal organisation is fully prepared for the commercial aspects of transport and storage once construction is completed. You play a key role in the organisation and represent in dealings with authorities and partners. You lead your team, ensuring they are well-positioned to perform their tasks, and you report to the Project Director.2nd roleThe Commercial Manager leads a team of two people responsible for managing the commercial relationships with potential new customers who have agreed on transport servicesYou will play a pivotal role in the further development of large-scale transport and storage in the Netherlands. This includes building strategic partnerships with major and complex CO? infrastructure projects. On behalf of the client , you will be responsible for establishing contractual agreements that contribute to developing this value chain. You will lead your team, collaborate in multidisciplinary working groups with internal and external experts, conduct complex negotiations, and act as the key point of contact for customers, authorities, and partners in this expansion. You take the initiative, set the strategic direction, and combine strategic vision with commercial drive. Your goal is to find solutions that create value for all stakeholders while positioning the client as a key player in the future infrastructure. You report to the Project Director. RequirementsYou are an experienced and connected commercial leader with strategic insight, a strong sense of public interest, and experience operating in complex stakeholder environments. You are persuasive, collaborative, and able to create shared value in a dynamic context. Acting as a sparring partner for management and project leadership on commercial and strategic matters comes naturally to you.
