Our client, a growing group with established long term relationships in the chemicals industry, is seeking a skilled professional to lead commercial initiatives for their growing client base across the US. This individual will be joining a well respected team that is seeking to expand on their already existing market share as well as launch new products.The Commercial Manager will be responsible for:Communicating regularly with customers and stakeholders regarding product specifics and applicationsManaging existing client relationships as well as well engaging new customers in order to further build US businessUnderstanding all production and demand planning necessities in order to ensure accurate sales forecastsAttending regional conferences and visiting existing and new customersManaging sales budgets for existing accounts as well as forecasting for new accountsThe qualified candidate will possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (or similar specialty)4+ Years' experience working within chemicals industryAbility to travel as neededExperience working with highly engineered materials (resins and coatings preferred)The selected candidate will have the opportunity to create and execute strategy that will have extreme impact on the growth of the company.
