This role combines sales leadership, business development, and customer experience management to deliver profitability, strengthen brand presence, and ensure commercial excellence in line with The Company’s values of craftsmanship, cultural integrity, empowerment, and sustainability.Who We’re Looking ForA strategic and results-driven leader with 5+ years’ experience in sales, commercial management, or business development deally within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors. The ideal candidate is data-informed, customer-focused, and skilled in leading high-performing teams, negotiations, and process optimization in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets across all channels.Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and market trends to drive decisions.Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.2. Business Development & PartnershipsBuild and manage relationships with stockists, key accounts, and B2B partners.Lead negotiations and ensure commercial agreements align with brand and profit goals.3. Stockist & Inventory OversightOversee stockist onboarding, compliance, and performance reviews.Monitor inventory levels to optimize availability and turnover.4. Studio & Customer ExperienceEnsure premium in-studio experiences and uphold service excellence across all customer touchpoints.Implement post-sale follow-up and retention initiatives.5. Marketing & Digital IntegrationPartner with Marketing to execute digital engagement and promotional campaigns.Leverage digital channels to increase visibility and drive conversions.6. Merchandising & Visual StandardsSupervise visual merchandising and product presentation to enhance sales.Recommend improvements to studio layout and customer flow.7. Fulfilment & PricingOversee order fulfillment and logistics performance.Review pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and profitability.8. Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and motivate sales and commercial teams.Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.9. Brand & Culture AlignmentChampion The Company’s brand values and maintain professional and cultural excellence.10. Additional DutiesSupport strategic initiatives or projects as assigned by management.
