ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the development and content of the commercial modelDelivers to the commercial bid programSupports the bid team in the review and approval processAssist in developing the bid commercial strategyInforms the Commercial plan and supports handover to operational delivery teamsWork independently with members of the user communityHere's what you'll needMaster’s degree in Engineering or a Finance-related field.Minimum of five years of progressive experience with increasing levels of responsibility.Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.Solid understanding of bid estimating principles and processes.Excellent Microsoft Excel skillsAttention to detail skills and a positive attitudeDemonstrated ability to meet deadlinesMust demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishDemonstrate excellent analytical and logical skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and develop scalable time bound solutionsStrong level of commercial/business acumenMust demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationAbility to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sourcesWe offerFull-time employment contract with salary corresponding to qualifications The possibility to work in the office or in a hybrid model (2 days a week in the office, the rest from home)Flexible working hours (we start between 730-1000), "Short Fridays" (Monday – Thursday 8.5h, Friday 6h), Membership in Jacobs social networks (Women's network, One World, PRISM, Careers Network, Collectively, SpeakUp and others) and participation in initiatives related to their activities, Benefits package (LuxMed medical package, additional life insurance, holiday allowance, multisport card co-financing, My Benefit cafeteria system, psychological care), Language courses (English, German, Polish), Holiday allowance („wczasy pod gruszą”)We know that if we are inclusive, we’re more connected, and we’re more creative.
