The role requires someone skilled in Excel, capable of preparing proposals, and confident in handling business correspondence and documentation.Key Responsibilities• Prepare and manage commercial documents, proposals, and business correspondence• Draft and submit proposals to chain companies and business partners• Maintain and update data using Microsoft Excel and other business tools• Assist with documentation, record keeping, and administrative support• Create basic graphic materials for reports or presentations if needed• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsWork Schedule and Facilities• Facilities as per company policy• Office hoursSunday to Thursday: 10 AM to 6 PM Saturday: 12 PM to 4 PM• Weekend: FridayQualification and Skill RequirementsEducation• Bachelor’s Degree (completed)Additional Requirements• Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant role in commercial, administrative, or documentation work• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop• Strong English communication skills• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesCompensationMonthly salary range: 15000 to 18000 Taka
