Commercial Operations Coordinator

Verma Drugs S. A. , based in Koropi, Attica, with a strong presence in both the Greek and international markets, is seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator with experience in imports, exports, and marketing to strengthen the sales department and support the development of our activities in Greece and abroad. Main Responsibilities: Coordination and support of the commercial department and sales teams. Management of import and export processes (document preparation, coordination with transport companies, customs, etc. ). Monitoring of orders and stock levels in collaboration with the warehouse and logistics department.

Support and implementation of marketing and commercial communication activities (promotional material, participation in trade fairs, campaigns). Collaboration with existing clients and search for new partnerships. Maintenance and updating of the customer and partner database. Preparation of reports and analyses for the commercial management. Required Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical or a related industry. Excellent knowledge of import/export procedures. Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools. Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – a second language will be considered an asset.

Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) – experience with ERP systems will be considered a plus.
