Commercial Operations & Growth Coordinator (Full-Time – Remote)Work directly with the founders of a fast-growing international trade group connecting South America to the world.We are looking for a smart, committed, and highly organized professional to join our leadership team as a Commercial Operations & Growth Coordinator. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to help build and scale a global trade business — not a side gig, not a stepping stone, and not for someone juggling multiple jobs. We need someone all-in, ready to grow with us and take real ownership of the work.Our group operates at the intersection of global trade and opportunity — exporting premium food and feed products from Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil to markets across Asia and North America. Our products include beef, seafood, animal feed ingredients, and specialty commodities. You will support two hands-on founders in managing daily sales activity, follow-up, client communication, project tracking, and global business development.To succeed, you must be:Proactive, driven, and detail-obsessed — always two steps ahead, keeping leadership organized and helping push deals forwardStrong in English (written and spoken) and comfortable communicating professionally across time zonesCapable with Excel, PowerPoint, and modern tools like CRM platforms and task management systems (Zoho, Trello, Notion, etc.)Commercially sharp — able to support quoting, help build buyer lists, follow up with leads, and generate growth ideasCreative — experience with basic graphic design (Canva, PPT), social media posting, and presentations is a big plusYou’ll be at the heart of everything — organizing, communicating, pushing operations forward — and over time, helping us open new markets, develop investor materials, and support strategic growth. This is not an admin role, this is a business-building role for someone who is excited about trade, sales, and international markets.Ideally you will have experience in international trade, know basics about logistics, import, export, container shipments, and how to manage price quotes and communications with international clients, who are not 9 to 5 types of clients.
